Launch

Launch is AMT's app for requesting agencies — hospitals, fire departments, EMS and 911 dispatch centers. Request a flight in a few taps and follow it until the patient arrives.

Coming soon

Full Launch guides are on the way. Until then, the air medical program you work with, or AMT support, can help.

Get the app

Use Launch on your phone (App Store or Google Play) or in a browser. The air medical program you request from sends you an invitation.

What you can do

  • Request a flight — scene or interfacility. Pick the location on a map, or choose a landing zone or facility.
  • Follow it — see the unit's progress and its track.
  • Chat with dispatch about the call. Replies from dispatch arrive as a push notification.

How it fits with the console

Your request lands on the dispatcher's Pending board, and you can follow the flight in Launch. See Pending requests and who is told about what.
