The AOC desk

Some companies run an AOC (aviation operations center) desk. When AOC is turned on for your company, admins and comm specialists with an AOC seat can go on duty as the AOC. While you're on duty:

  • a red banner reads Acting as [your company] AOC, with Turn off AOC;
  • your chat messages go out as the AOC;
  • pilots' reassignment requests come to you to Approve or Reject.

Your company has a set number of AOC seats. Seats are assigned and handed over from the profile menu of the classic dashboard (Switch to classic in your account menu) for now. To turn AOC on for your company, or to add seats, contact support.

Read-only

When the console is read-only, buttons that change things are hidden or disabled — you can still see everything.
